Managing Broker, Side Even while growing up on a farm outside a small town, I have always been fascinated by cities. The way so many different people come together to build a supportive community, breathtaking infrastructure, productive economies, and wonderful spaces still amazes me. Helping people find their places in that wonderful mix is a great way to make a living and a difference.

During my last year of law school, I worked in Memphis’ Housing & Community Development Division. Afterward, I joined Memphis Heritage, working on historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects. Before long, I made my way to the biggest city in the Southeast, Atlanta. As an attorney, I have worked on bond refinancing for real estate portfolios, development projects, and as general counsel to over 100 Condominium Associations and HOA’s, and managed a real estate closing office in Midtown. As a managing broker, I bring experience from many facets of real estate to help agents negotiate win-win transactions with clear contracts. My most satisfying moment is when we close a transaction where everyone benefits from the outcome, and where we have helped to build wealth, a home, and community.

I’m an in-person kind of guy, but we now live in a tech-forward world, where we access much of our community online. It can be challenging to apply real estate rules that were written before social media came into play. We want to show you how to build your business, maximize your ROI, and stay out of trouble while doing it.

Co-Founder, FLOW

I am a renaissance woman of sorts, as I majored in Communication with a specialization in Public Relations where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in college. Coming out of college during a recession, I was fortunate enough to land a job at Sapient Government Services as a project manager, where I not only worked as a marketing project manager for non-profits such as AARP but also as a tech project manager for a large medical association and a business strategist for several government agencies, including the Library of Congress. In addition to my client work, I was responsible for many aspects of our internal marketing and pro-bono clients. In 2014, I started my own consulting business and have never looked back. I have spent the last 7 years refining and perfecting my marketing skills with clients from leadership consulting firms to non-profits to real estate. In 2018, I signed on for a marketing gig at Harry Norman Realtors® and met my future business partner, Cara, as we both navigated the amazing world of real estate. I am mom to two elementary aged children, so when I am not working, I am usually playing taxi driver to their various activities. I love to spend any time I can on the water, either water-skiing on the lake or fishing off the coast in Florida.

Co-Founder, FLOW

I am fortunate to have worked for great companies, including Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and ClubCorp, and gained valuable experience in Marketing, Project Management, Process Development, & Technology over the last 3 decades. While working in real estate in recent years with Harry Norman Realtors®, I recognized the many challenges agents face when managing a small business and the gaps in business solutions that would make their work easier, save time, and increase commission income. I decided to partner with a professional colleague and trusted friend, and we have combined our knowledge, skills, and expertise to create FLOW for real estate agents and other small businesses. My true strengths lie in my work ethic, helping others to achieve their business goals, and a consistent commitment to do what’s right for the business and the customer. I enjoy close relationships with others and believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has meaning. I am passionate about creating a positive culture for our Team and delivering a solid work product to our clients that adds value to their businesses. I am a dog mom to Ruthie, a 5-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi and FLOW's Chief Barking Officer. I love to travel, visit with close friends, and entertain at home.
